Kinder Character Challenge: Observe Earth Hour
Earth Hour will be on Saturday, March 23, at 8:30 pm local time, wherever you are. During that hour, we are asked to turn off our lights for the full hour. Spend time with family, playing games by candlelight, or telling stories in the dark. Use the time to learn more about ways your household can be kind to the environment. There are many Earth Hour Events taking place leading up to Saturday’s Earth Hour.
Started in 2007 by the World Wildlife Fund and partners as a symbolic lights-out event in Sydney to raise awareness of climate change, Earth Hour is now one of the world’s largest grassroots movements for the environment.
