According to BrownieLocks, the month of October has many holidays that deal with Bullying. See the list below:
Bullying Prevention Month Link
National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month
National Stop Bullying Month
Bullying Bystanders Unite Week: 18-24 (Third Full Week)
Freedom From Bullies Week: 18-24 (Third Full Week)
Blue Shirt Day/World Day of Bullying Prevention: 5 (First Monday)
World Day of Bullying Prevention: 5 (First Monday)
Bullying Prevention Day: 14 (2nd Wednesday)

Pick any day this month or every day this month and Be a Good Bystander. Speak up for someone being bullied. Take special care with anyone who has been bullied. Do something positive for them to let them know that the bully’s words do not speak for everyone. Be mindful of your actions and words towards others – are you the bully? You may not mean harm but if the person is not laughing with you, apologize and promise not to do it again. Wear a blue shirt on Monday, Oct. 5, and encourage others to do the same.

Visit BrownieLocks website to browse her awesome collection of the unusual and fun holidays every month.
