On April 11, 2024, the Character Council will hold its 12th “Heroes of Character” celebration. This year’s theme is “Be the Change.” We will gather at the Delta Marriott Hotel in Sharonville, Ohio.
This year, we will honor Mrs. Dolores J. Lindsay, Founder and Former Leader of The HealthCare Connection, as our second recipient of the “Pillar of Character” award for her lifetime of achievements and dedication to the community. At least 10 additional upstanding adults and students will also be recognized. Each has their own unique story, whether bouncing back from a setback to accomplish the amazing, doing the right thing no matter the cost, or fighting injustice for those unable to fight for themselves. By honoring their character, we build our Initiative and Courage to “Be the Change” to strengthen our families and communities.
