Building Personal Character Workshop

A highly interactive, facilitated workshop that assists you in discovering your own character qualities, strengths and opportunities for growth both personally and professionally. Most people already know a great deal about personal character. This experiential workshop will draw out that knowledge, help you remember and celebrate the strengths you already possess.

Topics covered:

  • 49 character qualities we can aspire to possess
  • Establishing a higher standard for ourselves
  • Review of life accomplishments and character qualities demonstrated
  • Acknowledging our weaknesses
  • Identifying next steps, creating deadlines, making commitments
  • How to build character in children
  • How character applies to the workplace

Who should attend:

Any individual who has an interest and is open to enhancing their own personal character. The workshop is appropriate for businesses, schools and other organizations interested in creating a culture of character.

About the Facilitators:

Mary Andres Russell is a highly regarded professional with 20+ years of experience directing educational and marketing programs for corporations and non-profits. She has facilitated various training workshops, championed philanthropic development efforts and is a sought after speaker. Her affiliations include: Hillenbrand Industries, The Loewen Group, StarShine Hospice at Children's Hospital Medical Center and the Greater Good.

Lisa Coors is Adjunct Professor at Northern Kentucky University/Department of Marketing & Fifth Third Entrepreneurship Center. She has a multitude of experience developing and leading training programs through her work at Bio/Start, Xavier University, Master Minds-RESULTS NOW and Life Success Seminars.
