Who We Are International Association of Character Cities Meet the IACC Founded in 1998, the International Association of Character Cities is a nonprofit service organization providing support for leaders committed to reinforcing positive character in their communities. IACC is a division of the Character Training Institute based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The IACC offers access to resources, consultants and contacts that equip leaders to begin character initiatives within their jurisdictions. Through the IACC network, leaders are able to share information, ideas and solutions for strengthening their own character and the character of those they serve.
