This seminar will acquaint you with character-based principles that will help you find lasting solutions to workplace problems, create a more positive culture within your company and give you competitive advantage geared toward bottom-line results.

About the Facilitators:

Thomas J. Hattersley is a management consultant specializing in human resources management. He has 30 years experience including every aspect of human resource management working with large organizations such as Cintas, Broadwing Inc., The Kroger Co. and XPEDX. Having retired as Vice President of HR for Broadwing, he founded JRWerks.com LLC. He is a part of the adjunct faculty at the Graduate School, Department of Management at Miami University.

Michael P. Daly is the owner of the Estate Planning Institute in Hamersville, OH and a financial consultant closely affiliated with New York Life. He currently acts as a consultant to the owners/CEOs of over 200 private companies, with areas of emphasis including: estate planning, marketing, systems, people issues, character training, employee compensation issues and buying/selling of companies. He is the founder of the Character Council of Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky, devoting much time to improving the culture within local businesses, schools and government agencies.
