There’s a long list of benefits, which you’ll find on the flyer including a package of character building resources that will

Helping businesses be more productive
Area businesses
have already experienced the benefits of focusing on character development,
including improved employee relationships, morale and productivity.
Good character not only benefits the individual employee, but also
the employee's family and the business as a whole.
Helping businesses and
their employees gain a better understanding of how using character
quality traits in their everyday lives will contribute to success
both in everyday life and in business.
Character is modeled
by leadership. It's developed by recognizing and emphasizing the
right attitudes, words and actions. It's built into a person's life
by the moment-to-moment decisions he or she makes.
It isn't fluff. The implementation
of character requires understanding and willingness of employers
to build a solid foundation. Part of the Character Council's plan
is to provide resources to businesses that wish to instill or expand
a character focus. The Character Council offers "Success through
Integrity" seminars for individuals, businesses, and non-profit
organizations who desire to create a focus of good character and
integrity. The seminars and workshops are most often delivered
on-site and can be tailored to an organization's specific needs. Our
speakers and facilitators are also available to present to
community, business and school groups.
The end result is a more
successful working environment.
